How is the flat rate calculated for each university?
Each route has its own fixed rate based on real distance and drive time from O’Hare and Midway, quoted upfront when you book. It doesn’t change for traffic, tolls, construction, or surge periods — the price you’re quoted is the price you pay.
Do you offer one-way trips, or only round trips?
Both. You can book a one-way transfer or a round trip; booking round-trip in advance guarantees your return pickup is already on the schedule.
Can I book and pay for my child’s ride in advance?
Yes. Parents can book and prepay online from anywhere, so the ride is fully arranged before their student’s flight lands — no need to coordinate payment day-of.

How far in advance should I book?
For in-city routes like UIC, a few hours’ notice is usually enough. For longer interstate routes (Purdue Indianapolis, UIS, UW-Madison, etc.), we recommend 48-72 hours, and booking even earlier during move-in weekends, Family Weekend, graduation and home football games.
