Return Policy

We will keep 50% of the trip’s total price plus tip, for any bookings canceled within 2 hours of arranged pick-up time. We will keep all 95% of the trip’s total price plus tip when a passenger does not show up to arranged location (Driver will leave after 10 minutes if there is no response or/and customer provided wrong location, farther than 5 miles of driver’s current location), driver cancels the trip due to danger exposure which includes and is not limited to criminal activity, acts of violence, racial remarks, threats and any situation on which the driver does not feel safe to complete the trip.
