Important Information About Your Taxi Reservation
Once you complete your Taxi to O’Hare Airport or Taxi to Midway Airport reservation, the system will ask if you’d like to leave a tip. However, it will not request payment information at that stage. If you prefer to pay in advance, complete your reservation first, and then proceed to the “Price Summary” section to finalize payment. Alternatively, you can pay the driver directly using any of the accepted payment methods.
Prepaid Reservations & Driver Assignment
For advance reservations, our dispatch team will assign a driver the night before your scheduled service. If the reservation hasn’t been prepaid, you will receive a “Price Summary” via email, where you can complete your payment, or you can opt to pay the driver directly.
Booking Notifications
You will receive notifications from our dispatch system +1 (708) 270-0307:
→ 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.
→ When the driver is on the way to your pickup location.
→ When the driver arrives at the pickup location.
→ After your trip, when we’ll ask you to rate your experience.

Domestic Flights
Our drivers actively monitor flight information and are aware of any delays or early arrivals. The driver will arrive at the commercial parking lot at O’Hare Airport 15 minutes after your flight lands. You will receive a message via text or WhatsApp, and the driver will pick you up once you confirm that you are ready. The pickup process may take 5 to 15 minutes depending on how busy the terminal entrances are.
Pickup Points
Terminal 1, 2, and 3: Your Taxi to O’Hare Airport will pick you up in the middle lane of the lower level (Limo services) at any of the vestibules.
Terminal 5: Pickup occurs at vestibule 5D or 5E on the lower level.
International Flights

The driver will arrive at the commercial parking lot 45 minutes after your flight has landed at the gate and will contact you via text or WhatsApp. The driver will proceed with the pickup once you confirm that you are ready, which typically takes 5 to 15 minutes depending on terminal traffic.
