Our system will automatically keep you informed through text messages at every stage of your booking:

• 24 hours before your scheduled pickup

• 1 hour before your pickup

• When your driver is on the way

• When your driver has arrived at your pickup location

Each message includes a link to your reservation details, and once the driver is en route, you can track their location in real time on a map.

All of our drivers track your flight status in real time. Whether it’s delayed or early, they’ll be ready. Once your plane lands, your driver will send you a message and wait in the airport’s commercial parking area.
When you’re ready and have your luggage, reply to your driver with the vestibule number where you’re waiting (Example: “Vestibule 2C LL”). The driver will arrive in about 5–10 minutes to the middle lane (limo line) for pickup.
Important: Terminal 5 pickups are only done at doors 5D or 5E, in the inner (first) lane.

You can pay your driver directly with cash, credit or debit card, or via Zelle.
Please note that card payments include a 5% processing fee. If you want to avoid this extra fee, we recommend paying via Zelle — just ask your driver or our office for our payment details.
You can also pay online at any time from your reservation by visiting the Price Summary section, where you’ll find the option to complete your payment securely.

According to our Policy for our late night hours rides all the bookings have to be prepaid at least 2 hours before the pickup time, otherwise will be automatically cancelled. These bookings can be prepaid by phone with our customer service or if you don’t want to share your personal information we can also send you a payment link generated by our Square, so you will be able pay it yourself. (If you don’t want to pay the 5% extra for processing fee can also ask for our zelle, cashapp or venmo information).

Yes, you can cancel your reservation at any time. However, please note:

• If you cancel, we will refund 95% of the total amount. The remaining 5% covers transaction processing fees from our payment system.

• If a passenger does not show up or provides an incorrect pickup location more than 5 miles away, no refund will be issued.

• If a driver cancels for safety reasons (e.g., threats, harassment, or unsafe environments), we reserve the right to charge the full fare.

• We may charge any card on file to settle pending payments.

In case of severe weather or emergencies, we may cancel or adjust the ride fare. We will always inform the client and, if declined, a 95% refund will be issued.

No, our prices are flat and do not change based on the number of passengers. The only reason your price might vary is based on the type of vehicle you choose, such as:

• Sedan (up to 4 passengers, 2 large suitcases)

• Small SUV (4 passengers, 4 large suitcases)

• Minivan for 6 or 7 passengers

• Full-Size SUV (6 or 7 passengers, 6 large suitcases)

• Luxury Sedan (3 passengers, 2 large suitcases)
