According to our Policy for our late night hours rides all the bookings have to be prepaid at least 2 hours before the pickup time, otherwise will be automatically cancelled. These bookings can be prepaid by phone with our customer service or if you don’t want to share your personal information we can also send you a payment link generated by our Square, so you will be able pay it yourself..

Yes, you can cancel your reservation at any time. However, please note:

• If you cancel, we will refund 95% of the total amount.

• If a passenger does not show up or provides an incorrect pickup location more than 5 miles away, no refund will be issued.

• If a driver cancels for safety reasons (e.g., threats, harassment, or unsafe environments), we reserve the right to charge the full fare.

• We may charge any card on file to settle pending payments.

In case of severe weather or emergencies, we may cancel or adjust the ride fare. We will always inform the client and, if declined, a 95% refund will be issued.
