- Flat rates taxi to/From Airport are given to all bookings made in advance (8 – hour notice or more), all taxi requests made after the 8 – hour mark, might be subject to other fees such as weather conditions, traffic, tolls, airport taxes, and other fees.
- We do everything possible for our taxi drivers to be on time for airport drop-offs. That is to say, our drivers will wait about 10 minutes maximum past the requested time, after that, we will charge $15.00 for every 15 minutes. However, this charge does not apply to pick-ups at the airport.
- Most importantly, our recommendations are the same as O’Hare Airport, to be at the airport 2 hours before departure for domestic flights and 3 hours for international. Flat Rate Taxi To O'Hare Airport - Return Policy
Return Policy: 30% of the trip’s total price plus tip, for any bookings canceled within 2 hours of arranged pick-up time. 50% of the trip’s total price plus tip, for any bookings canceled within 4 hours. 100% of the trip’s total price plus tip, for any bookings canceled within 6 hours of arranged pick-up time. If advised within one hour of pick up time, reservations can be re-arranged for later times and dates. Any changes such as changes of route, new stops, different amounts of passengers or luggage, must notify dispatcher as soon as possible. The latest acceptable time is when pick up time.
We will keep all 100% of the trip’s total price plus tip when, booking is canceled less than 2 hours before pick up time, a passenger does not show up to arranged location (Driver will leave after 15 minutes if there is no response or/ and customer provided wrong location, farther than 5 miles of driver’s current location), driver cancels the trip due to danger exposure which includes and is not limited to criminal activity, acts of violence, racial remarks, threats and any situation on which the driver does don’t feel safe to complete the trip.
In cases of bad weather, we reserve the right to cancel the trip, if we consider the weather conditions to be dangerous to the physical integrity of our drivers, customers and vehicles. or can increase the cost of the reservation by up to 50%, this will always be communicated to the client and the client can accept it or not. In these cases, all money previously charged, including tips will be returned within a 7 business day period to customer’s bank account.
In addition, we reserve the right to charge credit or debit card previously saved by the customer or Ohare Airport Taxi LLC as a valid payment form when any invoice is due for payment.
