We offer a variety of vehicles to accommodate different group sizes and luggage needs. Vehicle availability depends on the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. Below is a general guide to help you choose the right option for your flat rate airport taxi service:

Sedan: Suitable for up to 3 passengers with up to 2 standard suitcases.

Mid-Size SUV (Small SUV): Ideal for up to 4 passengers with up to 4 standard suitcases.

Minivan (6 Passengers): Comfortable option for up to 6 passengers with up to 6 standard suitcases.
The third row can be adjusted or lowered to create additional flat space for luggage or boxes if needed.

Minivan (7 Passengers): Designed for larger groups of up to 7 passengers, typically accommodating up to 6 standard suitcases depending on seating configuration.

Flat Rate Conditions & Advance Notice

Flat rates taxi to/from Airport are given to all bookings made in advance (8-hour notice or more), all taxi requests made after the 8-hour mark, might be subject to other fees such as weather conditions, traffic, tolls, airport taxes, and other fees.

Waiting Time & Delays

Our drivers follow scheduled routes to provide reliable airport transportation throughout the day. We kindly ask our customers to be ready at the scheduled pickup time.

As a courtesy, drivers will wait up to 10 minutes past the requested time. After that, a waiting fee of $15.00 for every additional 15 minutes may apply.
This policy does not apply to airport pickups.

We appreciate our customers’ punctuality, as it helps us maintain efficient schedules and deliver on-time service to all passengers.

Airport Arrival Recommendations

Most importantly, our recommendations are the same as O’Hare Airport, to be at the airport 2 hours before departure for domestic flights and 3 hours for international.

Late Night Rides

Rides scheduled between 10:00 PM and 4:45 AM include a late-night fee.

Advance payment is preferred for late-night rides to help ensure smooth scheduling. However, reservations are not automatically canceled if payment has not been completed in advance. Our team will always make every effort to complete the service whenever possible.

Cancellation, No Show and Safety Policy

Cancellations & Short-Notice Policy

Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice may qualify for a partial refund or rescheduling, depending on the circumstances.

If a cancellation occurs within one (1) hour or less of the scheduled pickup time, or if the driver is already on the wayto the pickup location, the reservation becomes non-refundable.

Whenever possible, short-notice cancellations may be rescheduled for a later date or time, subject to availability.

No-Show & Incorrect Pickup Information

If a passenger does not show up at the arranged pickup location, does not respond to the driver after arrival, or provides an incorrect pickup location that is more than 5 miles away, the reservation will be considered a no-show.

Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes at the pickup location when possible. After this time, the trip may be canceled and the reservation becomes non-refundable.

Safety-Related Cancellations

For the safety of our drivers, passengers, and vehicles, we reserve the right to cancel a trip if the driver is exposed to unsafe situations. This includes, but is not limited to, criminal activity, acts of violence, threats, harassment, racial remarks, or any environment in which the driver does not feel safe completing the trip.

In these cases, the reservation will be considered non-refundable.

Severe Weather Conditions

In cases of severe or dangerous weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel a trip or adjust the service conditions to protect the physical integrity of our drivers, passengers, and vehicles.

If a trip is canceled by our company due to unsafe weather conditions, any previously collected payment will be fully refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.

If weather conditions significantly impact the service, a price adjustment may be required. This will always be communicated in advance, and the customer may choose whether to proceed with the service.

Outstanding Payments

We reserve the right to charge any valid credit or debit card previously provided by the customer to settle outstanding balances related to completed services, no-shows, or applicable cancellation fees.
