Yes. We provide door-to-door service to residence halls, Greek housing, off-campus apartments, and campus buildings near Bascom Hall — just give us the exact address when booking.

Is the rate flat for the full I-90 trip, including Illinois tolls?

Yes. The quoted flat rate from O’Hare or Midway to UW–Madison already includes Illinois I-90 tollway charges and is fixed at booking — it doesn’t change for traffic, construction, or the state-line crossing.

Can you take business travelers or interns to Epic Systems or American Family Insurance?

Yes. Beyond campus trips, we regularly serve professionals and student interns heading to Epic Systems in Verona and American Family Insurance’s Madison headquarters.

Do you offer transportation on Badgers football or basketball game days?

Yes. We run drop-offs and pickups at Camp Randall Stadium and the Kohl Center on game days — book early, since these are our highest-demand dates for this route.

Can students share a ride to split the cost?

Yes. Our minivan option is popular with groups of UW–Madison students traveling to or from the same flight window — book one vehicle and split the flat rate.

How far in advance should I book for this cross-state route?

We recommend booking 48-72 hours ahead given the ~2.5-3 hour distance and state-line crossing, and earlier during fall move-in, Family Weekend, commencement and Badgers home games.
